Job Information

We are looking for Store Manager / Head for a Luxury Watch Brand in Pune (S B Road).

The Role:

The Store Head will be responsible for managing the entire studio as a profit centre. He/ She will co- ordinate with the central marketing and central merchandising teams for promotional and stock related functions. It will primarily be a sales and customer care oriented profile.

Key Deliverable:

  • Ensuring sales and margins as per agreed budgets
  • Responsible for Store profitability while ensuring achievement of budgeted net profits
  • Will be responsible for Top Line and Bottom Line achievements.
  • Training, motivating and managing performance of team members
  • Establishing relations and networking with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach
  • Self-driven to keep him updated on new products, brand developments and industry news.
  • Ensuring that operations stay in accordance with SOPs
  • Be the administrative in-charge of the store

Essentials:

  • Annual Budgeted turnover of the store is Around 20 Crs.
  • The candidate will be heading a store of 1700 sq feet floor area. It’s a Multi-brand Outlet.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation in any discipline, B com graduates preferred. Studies should have been regular. Convent Educated preferred.

Experience: 7- 8 years of experience preferably in retail of premium brand. It is required that the recent 2-3 years of experience should be in profile of managing a store.

Compensation: 

Budgeted CTC:  7-9 L PA. Compensation is a combination of fixed and variable component. The variable component is linked to the performance of sales targets. These variables are quarterly and half-yearly incentives.
